I’m not sure on a title for this piece. The photo was taken last summer up at Second Dam. Any thoughts?

Storm Over the Wellsvilles

This may be my favorite of all of my paintings. It was one of those rare moments when water, paper, and pigment blended effortlessly to create magic. The photograph was from the 90’s when I was on a bike ride through a spring storm.

Deep Canyon View

Deep Canyon View is from a photo that I took during a middle school field trip. This was a brutal hike:  2700 feet in 2.9 miles. Absolutely stunning views. The painting does not reflect the pain of having blisters on my feet!

Larkspur is just a small 7 1/2 x 11″ piece that is now at the framers.

Western Federation Watercolor Entry

I entered Fall Rhubarb into the 2011 Western Federation of Watercolor Societies Exhibit in Alburquerque. I won’t hear whether it has been accepted or not until late January.
